Welcome to Room 11. We are 19 wonderful Year 4 students, and we are ready to embrace a fun-filled year of learning. Visit our page throughout the year to see what we are getting up to!

Term Three
This term we are focussing on fractions, plays and paragraphing. We are practicing for our upcoming production, so lots of singing and dancing. Cross Country is also happening this term so it's time to go, go, go!

In maths this term we are focussing in mutliplication and division, in reading we are doing a novel study (Fantastic Mr Fox!, by Roald Dahl2, and in writing we are learning to use graphic organisers to write non fiction texts. We will also continue to do wonderful art, P.E. and many others interesting activities.
Term One
Term One
With the beautiful sunny weather it is only fitting we start the year with a big focus on swimming! Having lessons in our heated school pool. We will also delve into art, making some fantastic masterpieces, along with reading, writing and maths. It is going to be a fun term getting to know each other and learning wondrous things along the way!

ART
Our big focus this term was art. We had so much fun making and creating wonderful masterpieces. Then we enjoyed inviting our families in and showing them all our hard work brought to life!
