Welcome to Room 4

Kia ora, my name is Mrs Meredith Batchelor and I am the teacher in Room 4.

We are a class of fun, loving and inquisitive Year 2 students who are looking forward to a year of learning.

TERM 2, 2026

Term 2 will see Room 4 having lots of experiences with drama, dance and singing as this term our school production begins.

TERM 1, 2026

During Term 1 Room 4 were busy getting to know one another and investigating 'who we are' alongside Reading, Writing and Maths.

Room 4 did lots of writing and art about ourselves and our families.

We also spent loads of time in our warm school pool learning how to be safe in and around water.

Room 4 even created art pieces around swimming.
